LogMeal operates on a credit-based system, where each API request (or “call”) consumes either 1 credit or none, depending on the endpoint used. Each pricing plan includes a set number of monthly credits, and if you exceed your allocated credits, additional calls will be charged.
Standard plans allow consuming up to 20 images/day per end user (APIUser) as well as 1 images/second per end user. You can create as many APIUsers as you want. For alternative requirements request a ‘Custom’ plan.
All customer support will be email-based. Our technical team will answer within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday. Custom plan offers the possibility to have direct contact with a developer for more personalized support.
